OBJECTIVES
Specialising the training of beauty professionals to develop higher-level service offerings and ensure customer loyalty.
Upon completion of the training, each learner will be able to:
1 – To study the different skin morphologies, their aesthetic characteristics and predispositions, in order to propose personalised treatment protocols and routines for each skin type and problem.
2 – To build a client file with all the necessary information for comprehensive aesthetic care.
3 – To use a behavioural and lifestyle questionnaire to identify and analyse the factors influencing the aesthetic condition of the skin, and to understand their causes.

This training will take place over 14 hours across 2 days.

This training course costs €490 per person excluding VAT, or €588 including VAT (VAT rate: 20%).

For all our training courses, we carry out pre-training assessments to adapt the teaching methods and the animation of the training according to the announced disability situation. Furthermore, depending on the requests, we will do our utmost to work with specialised partners.

DAY 1 (7:00 AM)
14:00 - 14:30 - Participant arrival and welcome
Introducing the trainer.

1first Part (2h30)
- The skin is not limited to its visual appearance, and it is fundamental to recognise and analyse its biological mechanisms, as well as its interactions with environmental factors (climate, pollution, unsuitable treatments) and functional factors (stress, diet), which influence its balance and beauty (visual support PowerPoint projection):
– The skin microbiome: an essential pillar of skin balance.
Understanding its impact helps to shed light on various skin issues.
Dehydration: the mechanism for maintaining water and the internal and external factors that promote water loss. - Roundtable discussion on the programme, participant questions and tutor's answers/explanations.
2th Section (4h00)
- Furthermore, skin is not limited to its visual appearance, and it is fundamental to recognise and analyse its biological mechanisms, as well as its interactions with environmental factors (climate, pollution, unsuitable skincare) and functional factors (stress, diet), which influence its balance and beauty:
– Premature ageing: the internal and external factors that accelerate the visible signs of skin ageing.
– Sensitivity and reactivity: the internal and external factors that make skin reactive and intolerant. - Round table on the programme, participant questions and trainer responses/explanations

- Sequel and conclusion. The skin is not limited to its visual appearance, and it is fundamental to recognise and analyse its biological mechanisms, as well as its interactions with environmental factors (climate, pollution, inappropriate care) and functional factors (stress, diet), which influence its balance and beauty:
Excess sebum and its consequences: an unbalanced microbiome can lead to overproduction of sebum and the appearance of blemishes.
– Pigmentation irregularities and dark spots: internal and external imbalances that can alter the uniformity of your complexion and encourage the formation of blemishes. - Handing in of the questionnaire on theoretical conditions.
- Questionnaire review with trainer's explanations and Q&A.
– Check participants’ level of understanding.
Identify the points gained and the unclear points.
– Assess the ability to rephrase arguments.
Final Part (4:00 AM)
- Scenario with beautician-client simulation.
– Create a client file with all useful information.
– Draft the lifestyle questionnaire to identify factors likely to influence the formation of the problem, and which can be corrected in holistic aesthetic care.
– Determine the appropriate protocol.
– Provide simple and aesthetically pleasing explanations to justify the choice of the proposed protocol.
– To build a personalised care and maintenance pathway. - Round table discussion on the day's programme, participant questions and trainer's answers/explanations.

Scenario: Each participant will create a Consultation Record using the laminated educational charts, client file, and lifestyle questionnaire, with assistance, correction, and a reminder of the objective of the techniques chosen by the trainers.
