OBJECTIVES
Specialising the training of beauty professionals to develop higher-level service offerings and ensure customer loyalty.
Upon completion of the training, each learner will be able to:
- –Comprendre les principes du MRC (Massage Réflexogène Conjonctival) et son intérêt dans les soins amincissants.
– Identifier les mécanismes d’action du MRC
– Comprendre les indications et contre-indications
– Adapter la technique aux besoins de la cliente - –Pratiquer et maitriser les techniques spécifiques du soin amincissant afin de pouvoir le mettre en pratique dès le retour à l’institut.
- – Maîtriser la préparation, l’hygiène, la sécurité et l’accueil permettant de présenter et d’effectuer la séance de massage de façon professionnelle.

Cette formation est dispensée pour un coût 500 euros HT/personne soit 600 euros TTC si applicable (taux de tva 20%).
TERMS AND ACCESS TIMEFRAMES
For all our training courses, we carry out pre-training assessments to adapt the teaching methods and the animation of the training according to the announced disability situation. Furthermore, depending on the requests, we will do our utmost to work with specialised partners.
Registration is deemed to be complete when you receive your summons.
Training access times: A minimum of 14 days before the start of the training, subject to availability.

All our training courses are delivered by qualified and practicing beauty therapist trainers, who are experts in their field.
DETAILED PROGRAMME
DAY 1 (7:00 AM)
14:00 - 14:30 - Participant arrival and welcome
Introducing the trainer.
Introduction of each participant.
Training presentation and recap of objectives.
Hand-over of documents, laminated boards.
Theoretical arguments (2h30)
- Le tissu conjonctif et le MRC Massage Réflexogène Conjonctival (support visuel projection Power Point).
– Comprendre le fonctionnement du tissu conjonctif
– Identifier le rôle du MRC dans les soins amincissants
– Comprendre les effets physiologiques et esthétiques recherchés - Présentation théorique des différents Soins Amincissants (support visuel projection Power Point).

– Pour la cellulite fibreuse - Comment, quand et à qui conseiller les Soins Amincissants ?

Practical Session (4h00)
- Questionnaire review with trainer's explanations and Q&A:
– Check participants’ level of understanding.
Identify the points gained and the unclear points.
– Évaluer la capacité à reformuler les arguments. - Démonstration du Soin Amincissant pour surcharge globale sur un modèle avec analyse et explications des actions des manoeuvres
- Pratique du Soin Amincissant pour surcharge globale :
Manual technique.
– Using the right amount of products.
– Selection and use of appropriate postures for self-protection (back, shoulders) and to ensure good flow and ideal pressure.
– Mise en application des gestes spécifiques au massage Stretching.
– Careful listening to the client's expectations and knowing how to meet them.
To know how to adopt the right distance, session pace, and level of pressure for each client. - Each participant will perform a massage using laminated teaching boards under the oral direction of the trainer, with correction and a reminder of the objective of the manoeuvres chosen by the trainer.
- Each participant will take turns modelling.

DAY 2 (7:00 AM)
Cette journée sera entièrement consacrée à la pratique afin de permettre une parfaite maitrise du MRC (Massage Réflexogène Conjonctival) appliqué aux soins amincissants.
- Révisions théorique et pratique des différentes manoeuvres :
– Travail de mémorisation et d’enchaînement des gestes - Chaque participante effectuera un Soin Amincissant complet munie des planches pédagogiques plastifiées sous la direction orale de la formatrice, correction et rappel de l’objectif des manoeuvres choisies par la formatrice.

- During the traineeship, the trainer will cover the following points:
– Compliance with hygiene rules for equipment and practitioner,
– Adherence to safety regulations for both the client and oneself,
– Preparation of the room and equipment,
– Accueil du client, lui présenter le Soin Amincissant et le déroulement de la séance, ses bienfaits et ses contre-indications, lui demander ses attentes,
- Table setting,
– Installing the client comfortably and safely on the table. - Suite de la pratique du Soin Amincissant, chaque participante doit pratiquer parfaitement les manoeuvres jusqu’à complète assurance.
