Re-harmonising Massage

OBJECTIVES
Specialising the training of beauty professionals to develop higher-level service offerings and ensure customer loyalty.
Upon completion of the training, each learner will be able to:
- – Analyse the impact of energy imbalances, identify tension and blockages within the body, and understand their repercussions on aesthetic concerns.
- – Practise the specific manoeuvres of Re-Harmonising Massage correctly.
- – Mastering preparation, hygiene, safety and reception to present the benefits of the treatment and perform the massage session professionally.
PREREQUISITE
Training exclusively reserved for Lucia Rapetti depositaries.
Having completed the training:
«To prepare a morphological assessment»
«Global Detox» or «Body Detox».

This training will take place over 21 hours across 3 days.

This training course costs €800 per person excluding VAT, or €960 including VAT (VAT rate: 20%).
TERMS AND ACCESS TIMEFRAMES
For all our training courses, we carry out pre-training assessments to adapt the teaching methods and the animation of the training according to the announced disability situation. Furthermore, depending on the requests, we will do our utmost to work with specialised partners.
Registration is deemed to be complete when you receive your summons.
Training access times: A minimum of 14 days before the start of the training, subject to availability.

Full documentation is given to each intern.
Every manoeuvre is detailed and illustrated with diagrams.
Laminated A4 teaching boards summarising care to allow for smooth practice and avoid the stress of rote learning.

Sufficiently heated to allow for comfortable practice.

Supervisory methods
All our training courses are delivered by qualified and practicing beauty therapist trainers, who are experts in their field.
DETAILED PROGRAMME
DAY 1 (7:00 AM)
14:00 - 14:30 - Participant arrival and welcome
Introducing the trainer.
Introduction of each participant.
Training presentation and recap of objectives.
Hand-over of documents, laminated boards.
Theoretical part (2.5 hours)
- Analysis of tensions and blockages in the body with anatomical reminders and the various aesthetic problems that result (visual support, PowerPoint projection).
- How, when, and to whom to recommend the Re-Harmonising Massage.
- Theoretical presentation of Massage with technical explanation of the different manoeuvres aimed at releasing muscle knots and restoring energy (visual support, Power Point projection).
Practical Session (4h00)
- Demonstration of Re-Harmonising Massage manoeuvres on a model with analysis and explanations of the actions of the manoeuvres.
- Chinese Massage Practice:
- Manual technique of alternating pressures and stroking.
- Using the right amount of oil.
- Choosing and using appropriate postures to protect yourself (back, shoulders) and ensure good fluidity and ideal pressure.
- Application of specific Chinese Massage techniques.
- Listening carefully to the client's expectations and knowing how to meet them.
- To know how to adopt the right distance, a session rhythm, and a degree of pressure for each client.
- Each participant will perform a massage using laminated teaching boards under the oral direction of the trainer, with correction and a reminder of the objective of the manoeuvres chosen by the trainer.
- Each participant will take turns modelling.
- Handout of a questionnaire on theoretical aspects.
DAY 2 (7:00 AM)
- Correction of the questionnaire submitted the previous day with explanations from the trainer and Q&A.
- Theoretical and practical review of various manoeuvres.
- Each participant will perform a massage using the laminated educational boards under the trainer's oral direction, with correction and a reminder of the objective of the manoeuvres chosen by the trainer.
- Each participant will take turns modelling.
- During the traineeship, the trainer will cover the following points:
- Adherence to hygiene rules for equipment and practitioner.,
- Adherence to safety rules for the client and oneself.,
- Preparing the room and equipment,
- Customer welcome, presenting the massage and the course of the session, its benefits and contraindications, asking about their expectations,
- Table setting,
- Installing the client comfortably and safely on the table.
- As a continuation of the massage practice, each participant must perfectly practise the manoeuvres until complete confidence is achieved.
- Round table discussion on the day's programme, participant questions and trainer's answers/explanations.
DAY 3 (7:00 AM)
- A round table is held to discuss with each participant any potential difficulties in carrying out certain manoeuvres and the need to review them.
- Practical massage using laminated educational boards under the verbal guidance of the instructor, with correction and a reminder of the objective of the manoeuvres chosen by the instructor.
- Argumentation from the participants regarding the choice of the Re-Harmonising Massage.
- Client approach – beauty therapist, explanation of the objectives of the Re-Harmonising Massage for the client.
- Hot takes.
- Closing remarks and handing out of documents.
