OBJECTIVES

Specialising the training of beauty professionals to develop higher-level service offerings and ensure customer loyalty.

Upon completion of the training, each learner will be able to:

1 – To understand and explain the role of the skin microbiota and its impact on skin balance and health.
2 – Identify the indications for each Génialys protocol according to different skin concerns: skin ageing, wrinkles, pigmentation spots, excess sebum secretion, acne.
3 – Pratiquer correctement les protocoles de Soins Génialys en respectant les étapes, techniques et gestes professionnels spécifiques afin de pouvoir le mettre en pratique dès le retour à l’institut, maîtriser la préparation, l’hygiène, la sécurité et l’accueil.
Apprendre à présenter les soins de façon professionnelle en étant capable d’expliquer les bénéfices apportés et le déroulement.
4 – Mastering preparation, hygiene, safety, and reception to present the benefits of the treatment and perform the treatment session professionally.

This training will take place over 14 hours across 2 days.

Rate

This training course costs €490 per person excluding VAT, or €588 including VAT (VAT rate: 20%).

For all our training courses, we carry out pre-training assessments to adapt the teaching methods and the animation of the training according to the announced disability situation. Furthermore, depending on the requests, we will do our utmost to work with specialised partners.

Registration is deemed to be complete when you receive your summons.

All our training courses focus on practical application, ensuring that each learner can perform massages and treatments with confidence and fluency from the moment they return to their salon.

Full documentation is given to each intern.
Every manoeuvre is detailed and illustrated with diagrams.
Laminated A4 teaching boards summarising care to allow for smooth practice and avoid the stress of rote learning.

Training room equipped with the necessary materials for theory and practice.
Sufficiently heated to allow for comfortable practice.

All our training courses are delivered by qualified and practicing beauty therapist trainers, who are experts in their field.

DETAILED PROGRAMME

DAY 1 (7:00 AM)

14:00 - 14:30 - Participant arrival and welcome

Introducing the trainer.
Introduction of each participant.
Training presentation and recap of objectives.
Hand-over of documents, laminated boards.

Theoretical arguments (2h30)

  • Skin, our first line of defence (visual aid for PowerPoint presentation).
    – Structure and function of the skin
    – The role of the skin barrier in skin protection
    – Mechanisms of skin balance and imbalance
  • The skin microbiome: a true living ecosystem (visual aid projection
    PowerPoint.
    – Definition and functioning of the skin microbiota
    – Impact of the microbiome on skin health and quality
    – Factors influencing the gut microbiome balance
    – Cosmetic approach that respects the skin's ecosystem The mechanisms
    of skin balance and imbalance
  • Presentation of the different Genialys Sequential Peel protocols
    – Pro-Ageing Skin Protocol: skin ageing, wrinkles, loss of firmness
    – Protocol Irregularities and pigmentation spots
    – Protocol for problem skin, excess sebum secretion, acne.
    – Indications, objectives and expected outcomes of each protocol

    shoulders) and provide good fluidity and ideal pressure.
    – Application of Pro-Ageing Skin protocol specific gestures.
    – Careful listening to the client's expectations and knowing how to meet them.
    – Knowing how to adopt the right distance, a session pace, and a degree of
    pressure for each customer.
  • Each participant will carry out a complete treatment equipped with the educational boards
    laminated under the oral guidance of the trainer, correction and reminder of the objective
    specific manoeuvres and techniques chosen by the trainer.
  • Each participant will take turns modelling.
  • During the traineeship, the trainer will cover the following points:
    – Compliance with hygiene rules for equipment and practitioner,
    – Adherence to safety regulations for both the client and oneself,
    – Preparation of the room and equipment,
    – Welcome the client, introduce the massage and the session’s procedure.,
    its benefits and contraindications, ask about their expectations,
    - Table setting,
    – Installing the client comfortably and safely on the table.

DAY 2 (7:00 AM)

Practice (3h00)

  • Theoretical presentation of the Génialys Taches protocol with technical explanation
    of the different specific manoeuvres (visual aid PowerPoint projection).
    – Understanding the mechanisms of the formation of pigment spots.
    – Presentation of indications and objectives of the treatment.
    – Detailed explanation of the different techniques of the Génialys Pigmentation Protocol.
  • Demonstration of the Génialys Blemish Treatment on a model with analysis and explanations
    Actions, manoeuvres.
  • Génialys Spot Treatment Practice
    Manual technique.
    – Using the right amount of products.
    – Choice and use of adequate postures for protection (back,
    shoulders) and provide good fluidity and ideal pressure.
    – Application of specific techniques for the Génialys Blemish Treatment.
    – Careful listening to the client's expectations and knowing how to meet them.
    – Knowing how to adopt the right distance, a session pace, and a degree of

    – Identify the stages of acne formation as well as the factors
    triggers.
    – Understanding the impact of skin microbiota imbalance on
    imperfections.
    – Identify the influence of hormonal imbalances on the skin.
    – Understanding the effects of stress on skin disorders.
    – Identify the role of diet in skin imbalances.
    Recognise the impact of unsuitable cosmetic products.
