OBJECTIVES
Specialising the training of beauty professionals to develop higher-level service offerings and ensure customer loyalty.
Upon completion of the training, each learner will be able to:
- – Analyse the functioning of sensitive and reactive skin, and identify its defence and protection mechanisms.
- – To correctly practice the specific manoeuvres and techniques of Sensitive Skin Face Care in order to be able to put it into practice upon return to the institute.
- – Mastering preparation, hygiene, safety, and reception to present the benefits of the treatment and perform the treatment session professionally.

This training will take place over 7 hours in 1 day.

Rate
This training course costs €350 per person excluding VAT, or €420 including VAT where applicable (VAT rate: 20%).
TERMS AND ACCESS TIMEFRAMES
For all our training courses, we carry out pre-training assessments to adapt the teaching methods and the animation of the training according to the announced disability situation. Furthermore, depending on the requests, we will do our utmost to work with specialised partners.
Registration is deemed to be complete when you receive your summons.
Training access times: A minimum of 14 days before the start of the training, subject to availability.

Laminated A4 teaching boards summarising care to allow for smooth practice and avoid the stress of rote learning.

Sufficiently heated to allow for comfortable practice.

Supervisory methods
All our training courses are delivered by qualified and practicing beauty therapist trainers, who are experts in their field.
DETAILED PROGRAMME
DAY 1 (7:00 AM)
14:00 - 14:30 - Participant arrival and welcome
Introducing the trainer.
Introduction of each participant.
Training presentation and recap of objectives.
Hand-over of documents, laminated boards.
Theoretical arguments (2h30)
- Analyse of the functioning of sensitive, reactive skins and understanding their characteristics (visual support, PowerPoint presentation).
– Triggers (internal and external).
– Cutaneous defence mechanisms. - When to recommend Sensitive Skin Face Care, how to recommend it and to whom.
- Theoretical presentation of Sensitive Skin Face Treatment with technical explanation of the different specific manoeuvres (visual support via PowerPoint projection).
- Demonstration of Sensitive Skin Face Treatment on a model with analysis and explanations of the actions of the manoeuvres.
- Round table, participant questions and trainer's answers and explanations.
- Handover of the questionnaire on the theoretical aspects covered this morning
Practical Session (4h00)
- Questionnaire review with trainer's explanations and Q&A:
– Check participants’ level of understanding.
Identify the points gained and the unclear points.
– Assess the ability to rephrase arguments - Sensitive Skin Face Care Routine:
Manual technique.
– Using the right amount of products.
– Selection and use of appropriate postures for self-protection (back, shoulders) and to ensure good flow and ideal pressure.
– Application of Soin Sensitive Skin Visage specific gestures.
– Careful listening to the client's expectations and knowing how to meet them.
To know how to adopt the right distance, session pace, and level of pressure for each client. - Each participant will perform a complete treatment using the laminated educational boards under the oral direction of the trainer, with correction and a reminder of the objective of the manoeuvres chosen by the trainer.
- Each participant will take turns modelling.
- During the traineeship, the trainer will cover the following points:
– Compliance with hygiene rules for equipment and practitioner,
– Adherence to safety regulations for both the client and oneself,
– Preparation of the room and equipment,
– Welcoming the client, presenting the massage, the session's procedure, its benefits and contraindications, and asking about their expectations.,
- Table setting,
– Installing the client comfortably and safely on the table. - Participants' arguments regarding the choice of Sensitive Skin Face Care.
- Customer approach – beautician's explanation of the objectives of the Sensitive Skin Facial treatment for the client.
- Hot takes.
- Closing remarks and handing out of documents.
