OBJECTIVES
Specialising the training of beauty professionals to develop higher-level service offerings and ensure customer loyalty.
Upon completion of the training, each learner will be able to:
- – Analyse the impact of stress on facial aesthetic concerns and apply appropriate techniques to provide relaxation and well-being to the client during a facial treatment.
- – To correctly practice the specific manoeuvres of ZenSu Face Massage.
- – Mastering preparation, hygiene, safety and reception to present the benefits of the treatment and perform the massage session professionally.

This training course costs €490 per person excluding VAT, or €588 including VAT where applicable (VAT rate 20%).
TERMS AND ACCESS TIMEFRAMES
For all our training courses, we carry out pre-training assessments to adapt the teaching methods and the animation of the training according to the announced disability situation. Furthermore, depending on the requests, we will do our utmost to work with specialised partners.
Registration is deemed to be complete when you receive your summons.

Supervisory methods
All our training courses are delivered by qualified and practicing beauty therapist trainers, who are experts in their field.
DETAILED PROGRAMME
DAY 1 (7:00 AM)
14:00 - 14:30 - Participant arrival and welcome
Introducing the trainer.
Introduction of each participant.
Training presentation and recap of objectives.
Hand-over of documents, laminated boards.
Theoretical part (2.5 hours)
- Analysis of the impact of stress on the face with anatomical recall and the different aesthetic problems that arise from it (visual support, PowerPoint presentation).
- When, how, and to whom to recommend the ZenSu Face Massage.
- Theoretical presentation of massage with technical explanation of different manoeuvres aimed at deep relaxation and tension relief (visual support via PowerPoint projection).
Practical Session (4h00)
- Demonstration of the ZenSu Face Massage manoeuvres on a model with analysis and explanations of the actions of the manoeuvres.
- Zen Su Face Massage Practice:
- Anti-stress manual relaxation technique.
- Using the right amount of oil.
- Choosing and using appropriate postures to protect yourself (back, shoulders) and ensure good fluidity and ideal pressure.
- Application of specific ZenSu Face Massage movements.
- Listening carefully to the client's expectations and knowing how to meet them.
- To know how to adopt the right distance, a session rhythm, and a degree of pressure for each client.
- Each participant will perform a massage using laminated teaching boards under the oral direction of the trainer, with correction and a reminder of the objective of the manoeuvres chosen by the trainer.
- Each participant will take turns modelling.
- Handout of a questionnaire on theoretical aspects.
DAY 2 (7:00 AM)
- Correction of the questionnaire submitted the previous day with explanations from the trainer and Q&A.
- Theoretical and practical review of various manoeuvres.
- Each participant will perform a massage using the laminated educational boards under the trainer's oral direction, with correction and a reminder of the objective of the manoeuvres chosen by the trainer.
- Each participant will take turns modelling.
- During the traineeship, the trainer will cover the following points:
- Adherence to hygiene rules for equipment and practitioner.,
- Adherence to safety rules for the client and oneself.,
- Preparing the room and equipment,
- Client welcome, present the massage and the session's progress, its benefits and contraindications, ask about their expectations.,
- Table setting,
- Installing the client comfortably and safely on the table.
- Arguments from participants regarding their choice of ZenSu Facial Massage.
- Client approach – beautician, explaining the objectives of the ZenSu Face Massage for the client.
- Hot takes.
- Closing remarks and handing out of documents.

Scenario: each participant will perform a massage using laminated educational charts, with assistance, correction, and reinforcement of the objective of the manoeuvres chosen by the instructors.
